Reviews and Ratings
If I come to Amsterdam again, I would definitely stay at this hotel. The rooms were beautifully decorated and very warm, although it took a few calls before they were made up. The service was efficient, with very good and courteous staff who arranged concert tickets for us at the Concertgebauw on short notice. The location was perfect for us, with loads of interesting restaurants, bars, and shops; however, I had to call for a kettle and toothpaste. The dining experience was superb, offering a huge assortment of various dishes, but explaining porridge to the staff was a bit challenging. The facilities were great, providing everything one would need for a small workout.
The hotel offers beautifully decorated rooms with a fantastic view over Amsterdam, although not close to the center, easy to travel via Tram\Metro. The service is very kind and helpful despite some minor inconveniences. A convenient location in a quiet neighborhood, with a v good Japanese Michelin star restaurant. Dining experience is pleasant but with a minor issue regarding punctuality. Overall, a comfortable stay with some excellent features.
The hotel offers a terrific view of the canal with very helpful staff, but the cleanliness of the rooms was lacking, requiring a late-night call for cleaning.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was incredibly comfortable with a lovely bed, a well-stocked minibar, and a Nespresso machine. I even got a complimentary upgrade with an amazing view. However, the housekeeping service was a bit lacking as my room was not made up by the afternoon on one occasion, requiring a call at 10 pm the same day.
I felt right at home at this hotel with a beautifully appointed room and attentive service. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. The location was perfect, just minutes away from the airport and close to museums and restaurants. The dining experience was good, with a wide variety to choose from, although the service could be more professional at times.
The hotel rooms are absolutely stunning, providing a sense of space and comfort with beautiful views, though some areas show signs of wear and tear. The service is commendable across all departments, creating a positive experience overall. The location offers a unique perspective of Amsterdam, close to great restaurants but not as central as some other 5-star options. The dining experience is excellent, catering to a wide range of tastes with high-quality offerings.
